Kara is one of my 2016 NCL seniors who also happened to book me for her senior portraits, and I’m so glad she did! We started bright and early on a hot July morning to beat the heat down in Addison Circle, it was the perfect location to capture the variety in Kara’s wardrobe. I loved to read about Kara on her questionnaire – she is a cross country runner who doesn’t like running, and she loves to wakeboard but has an irrational fear of what is beneath the water, she has a passion for tutoring refugee kids but doesn’t really consider herself a “kid person” in general. She is an enigma! 🙂 Kara also says that “true beauty is unapologetic laughter,” which I couldn’t agree more with. Kara is off to Loyola in the fall, best of luck to you up there (especially during the winter)!
