Hello!  Welcome to my photography blog.  This is a place where I hope that you can get to know me a little better.  Making connections with my clients is so important to me, and I hope that will shine through in the posts you see here.  I’ll be sharing sneak peeks from sessions, specials and promotions, little glimpses into my own life and of my muse, Emory, and perhaps some other random bits of information from time to time. 

Hmmm … about me …. I think this picture kind of says it all (for the rest of this image series, hop on over to the Contact page on my main site).  I’m a Texas girl through and through – I love my jeans and boots, Blue Bell ice cream, and chicken fried steak.  Put a camera in my hand and give me some gorgeous evening light, and I’m in heaven.    Apart from my passion for photography, my first loves are my Lord and my family.  I have the best husband on the planet and the most adorable little girl you have ever seen in your life {promise!}. 

I’ve worked with subjects from newborns to seniors, engaged couples to families and more.  I don’t like to lock myself into one “style” of photography – I prefer to let my work speak for itself.  I enjoy snapping those picture-perfect portraits, as well as the less than perfect (but always beloved) unplanned moments that really tell a story.  I like my sessions to be relaxed and fun, and most of all, I want you to be yourselves!  The images that capture natural interactions between you and those you care about are the ones that will be the most meaningful down the road.  I would be honored to photograph you and your loved ones and to help give you such precious tangible memories.  I’m always open to other projects as well, so feel free to contact me if you have other needs!  My full portfolio can be found on my website at http://www.lindsayhorn.com.  To see my most current work, browse through the posts or use the Categories tab above.  Thanks for stopping by!
